About Nipissing University

Nipissing University is a public higher education establishment in Ontario, Canada. Since becoming an independent university in 1992, NiNipissing has served the Northern Ontario community. As a result, students can head off campus to explore protected natural areas, heritage forest parks and historical sites. Furthermore, the two lakes host various exercise and water sports activities, including biking, fishing spots and boating.In North Bay, students will also find a laid-back community that is welcoming of students. Here further sites and activities are available, such as art galleries, local festivals and public beaches. But for a larger city experience, Toronto and Ottawa are approximately three and half hours' drive away.
