About University of Exeter

The University of Exeter was created in 1955 by the merger of St Luke's College, Exeter School of Science, Exeter School of Art and the Camborne School of Mines. It’s a member of the Russell Group of research-intensive universities and has four campuses, two in Exeter and two in Cornwall. It has 25,000 students including 5,450 international students from 140 countries.Exeter features in the top 150 global universities in the QS World University Rankings 2022. It’s also in the top 20 UK universities ranked by The Complete University Guide and The Guardian and The Times/Sunday Times. It’s been the Sunday Times University of the Year and the Times Higher Education University of the Year in recent years.
