About Northumbria University

Northumbria University has been in existence as a university since 1992 but its origins lie in Rutherford College, which was founded back in 1877. Its main campus is in Newcastle-upon-Tyne but also has campuses in London and Amsterdam, making it a very international university. More than 26,000 students chose Northumbria every year, including those from 100 countries around the world.
