The course is delivered through a dynamic 60/40 split between clinical practice and academic learning, ensuring the development of both practical expertise and theoretical knowledge. It is designed to foster leadership, service improvement, and the ability to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care within a multi-disciplinary environment.
