Course Overview This course offers a dynamic exploration of the ancient Greek and Roman worlds by uniquely integrating the disciplines of history and archaeology. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of past societies by analyzing literary texts alongside physical artifacts, from grand monuments to everyday objects. All sources are studied in translation, making the ancient world accessible to everyone while offering optional introductory language modules in Greek or Latin.
