Course Overview The MSc Literature, Culture & Society at Strathclyde explores how storytelling and cultural narratives shape responses to today’s most pressing global challenges. Combining rigorous literary study with interdisciplinary perspectives, the programme examines literature’s role in addressing issues such as climate crisis, democracy, and social justice, while equipping you with advanced analytical and professional skills. Key Program Highlights Interdisciplinary focus on literature and culture in relation to contemporary social, political, and environmental crises. Expert-led teaching in areas including environmental humanities, health humanities, oral histories, and narrative theory. Development of intersectional and socially engaged approaches grounded in epistemic justice.
