Course Overview This intensive one-year producing program immerses students in the practical, hands-on reality of being a film and television producer. Designed for those with little to no experience, the curriculum challenges students to develop a thesis project from concept through to a fully-realized pitch, including budgeting, scheduling, and marketing plans. The program emphasizes collaboration with filmmaking, screenwriting, and acting students and is offered at both our New York and Los Angeles campuses. Key Program Highlights Hands-on curriculum where students are treated as working producers from day one Develop and pitch a full thesis project (feature film, documentary, or TV series) Collaborate with filmmaking, screenwriting, and acting students on real productions Master both the creative and technical aspects, including budgeting, scheduling, and entertainment law Culminates in a Producers Pitch Fest presented to a panel of industry professionals
