Course Overview This program equips undergraduate students with the essential skills for leadership and employment within Saskatchewan's crown corporations and diverse organizations. The 30-credit hour certificate focuses on developing effective, cross-cultural leadership capabilities to serve in both public and private sectors. Students will engage deeply with different worldviews to foster the inclusive understanding required to lead meaningful change.
