Course Overview The Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences (B.A.A.S.) at Texas State University is a flexible degree program that allows students to tailor their major through interdisciplinary studies. It includes a 24-hour advanced module from at least three disciplines and culminates in a required capstone experience during the final semester. Language requirements may be waived based on high school coursework or fulfilled through college-level classes or alternative credit options.
