Course Overview This culinary program offers an immersive, hands-on education focused on the unique flavors and ingredients of Turtle Island (North America), preparing you for a successful career in the world's best kitchens. You will develop job-ready skills in kitchen operations, from contemporary artisanal production to menu writing, through a curriculum that emphasizes local, culturally significant food. The experience culminates in a paid co-op placement and a Capstone Project, positioning you to complete the in-school portion of a formal cook apprenticeship.
