This interdisciplinary qualification blends nutrition, dietetics and food innovation to prepare you for a career improving what and how people eat. You’ll study food from all angles – from agriculture, food technology and food manufacturing, to the vital role food plays in managing chronic diseases and how we can improve the food system to address global challenges.
