Course Overview The Contemporary Music and Digital Instruments program at Ohio University is designed for aspiring musicians who want to forge new careers in music by mastering today's technology. This innovative degree celebrates a wide spectrum of musical backgrounds and empowers students to create music in entirely new ways, blending traditional literacy with digital fluency. Key Program Highlights Access to a dedicated technology lab equipped with the latest MIDI controllers, turntables, loop stations, and a state-of-the-art sound system. A unique curriculum that combines core music studies with specialized courses in music production and recording (MDIA).
