BA in Black and Africana Studies

Course Overview This interdisciplinary major equips students to understand why Black lives matter through critical examination of historical legacies and contemporary social challenges. Students design individualized programs that prepare them to face the complexities of our increasingly global and diverse world through academic study and practical experience.
