Course Overview This course provides a critical examination of human rights and social justice through a decolonial and anti-oppressive lens. Students will explore how theoretical frameworks are applied to real-world issues across local, national, and global contexts, with a dedicated emphasis on Indigenous, antiracist, and Global South perspectives.
