Course Overview This course offers a dynamic exploration of the ancient Greek and Roman worlds by uniquely integrating the disciplines of history and archaeology. You will learn to interpret literary texts and historical documents in conjunction with physical evidence from ancient sites and artefacts to build a comprehensive understanding of past societies. All materials are studied in translation, making the ancient world accessible to everyone while offering optional introductory modules in Greek or Latin.
