Course Overview This course prepares you for a dynamic career in Recreation Therapy, a unique healthcare profession that uses client-centered, strength-based interventions to improve well-being. You will master the full therapy process—from assessment and planning to implementation and documentation—for both individual and group programs. Through experiential learning, you will develop the creative and leadership skills necessary to help clients achieve health goals and enhance their quality of life through meaningful leisure experiences.
