BA Theatre - Dance Teacher Education

Course Overview Illinois State University offers Illinois's only Dance Teacher Education licensure program, designed to fully prepare students for successful teaching careers in both public schools and the private sector. Our program provides a challenging and supportive environment that merges technical, creative, and theoretical studies to develop exceptional dance educators. Key Program Highlights Illinois' only program leading to a Dance Teacher Education licensure for grades 9-12.
