With the Postgraduate Certificate in International Development, you will be able to apply your knowledge and skills to developing policy and strategies. You’ll also be able to manage and evaluate international development programmes and evaluate contemporary international development theories, policies and approaches. You’ll be able to draw out relevant implications from research. Massey University, in 1989, was the first in New Zealand to offer courses leading to recognised qualifications in development studies.
