MA/MEd Reading Specialist

Course Overview This Master's program equips experienced educators with the advanced expertise to become literacy leaders within their school systems. You will learn to design and implement effective reading curricula, provide critical professional development to staff, and shape district-wide literacy policies to support diverse learners. The program also offers the option for licensed Illinois teachers to add a Reading Specialist endorsement to their Professional Educator License (PEL).
