Course Overview This program prepares leaders for all sectors of higher education through an interdisciplinary curriculum that integrates academic, student affairs, and administrative perspectives. The 33-credit hour course of study focuses on leadership theory, student development, and the history of higher education with a dedicated emphasis on fostering more just, diverse, equitable, and accessible learning environments. A distinctive feature is the inclusion of two internship experiences designed to provide authentic, hands-on learning opportunities.
