BA Global Studies

Course Overview The Global Studies major and minor will enable students to thrive in a world of global interdependence by developing the skills necessary for pursuing international opportunities and finding solutions to global challenges. Students will communicate effectively in at least one language other than English, know how to navigate cultural diversity, recognize the interconnections between local and global issues, travel abroad to experience what they are learning, and make their own unique contributions to increased global understanding.
