Course Overview The MSc Strength and Conditioning develops advanced theoretical knowledge and hands-on practical skills to enhance athletic performance and reduce injury risk. Through an applied, evidence-based approach, you’ll learn how to design, implement and evaluate effective training programmes across a wide range of sporting and population contexts. In-depth study of physiological and biomechanical adaptations, periodisation models, and contemporary training practices. Training in designing and implementing tailored annual training plans, including performance monitoring and recovery strategies.
