Course Overview This program prepares you for a career in the rapidly expanding field of Integrative Health and Wellness (IHW), which takes a holistic, whole-person approach to optimizing health and behavior change. You will learn to help clients adopt healthy lifestyles by focusing on the interconnectedness of physical activity, nutrition, stress management, and sleep. Graduates are equipped for diverse roles in health promotion and are eligible for national board certifications.
