Course Overview WLIC’s University Transfer Program (UTP) provides international students with a direct pathway to a Laurier degree. The program offers two stages: UTP Stage I builds a strong academic foundation, while UTP Stage II is the equivalent of your first year of university. Upon successful completion of UTP Stage II, you will enter directly into the second year of your chosen undergraduate degree.
