ACCELERATED OPTION: You can earn your bachelor's and master's in five years and at a significant savings: Accelerated degree option. The mission of the Department of Statistics is to provide students with a quality education in statistics, in which they acquire fundamental statistical skills and develop a sense of statistics as a profession. In addition, our graduates will be prepared for advanced studies in statistics and related disciplines, and for the diverse uses of statistics in business, industry, government, scientific research, and society. Applications to the master's degree program in Statistics are accepted on a rolling basis.
