Course Overview Ontario College Diploma Broadcasting - Television (RTVT) (Hybrid) is a undergraduate program in a full time format through a regular delivery at Seneca Polytechnic. In this two-year diploma program, you will learn about concepts, audio and video production and how to produce creative and engaging video content from script writing through to a final audio mix and everything in between. Graduates earn the Ontario College Diploma credential.
