Course Overview The Medical Humanities major investigates the human experience of health, illness, and medicine through the lenses of history, ethics, and culture. This interdisciplinary program prepares students for a wide range of health careers by exploring how social contexts, belief systems, and the arts shape our understanding of sickness and compassionate care.
