Course Overview This interdisciplinary course explores how art, literature, and visual culture reflect and shape societies from the medieval period to the present day. You will develop critical expertise by analyzing a diverse range of works, from historical artifacts to contemporary film, within a city rich with cultural resources. The program culminates in a final-year dissertation, allowing you to specialize in English Literature, Creative Writing, or Art History & Visual Culture.
