Course Overview
Course Overview Sociology is the scientific study of social life, group behavior, and the structures that shape human society. This course provides the fundamental insight that our individual lives are profoundly influenced by our place in the broader social world, moving beyond personal psychology to examine larger societal forces. Students will learn to analyze and answer critical questions about why and how we form societies and the individual's role within them.
