Course Overview This Master of Arts in History program offers a specialized graduate major and minor in Public History, which applies historical methodologies to real-world public contexts. Students choose a concentration in either Museum Studies or Historic Preservation, preparing them for careers that make history accessible and engaging for public audiences. The program's flexibility allows Public History majors to minor in other historical subspecialties, while students in traditional history tracks can also minor in Public History.
