Course Overview Ancestral Studies is an interdisciplinary field that investigates the social, cultural, and biological foundations of identity across generations. The course explores how our ancestors defined being and belonging through language, place, and material culture, blending both taught elements and independent research. Students will produce a significant thesis, making an original contribution to this emerging area of knowledge.
