MA History and Intensive Language (Chinese)

Course Overview This intensive six-week summer module in China is a core component of the two-year programmes with Intensive Language (Chinese), offering full linguistic and cultural immersion. Taught entirely in Chinese by local academic staff, the course is meticulously designed to rapidly build fluency within authentic daily social and cultural contexts. Final assessment is conducted at SOAS upon the student's return.
