Course Overview This two-year intensive Master's program offers a deep and comprehensive exploration of the art, architecture, and material culture of the Islamic Middle East, uniquely combined with immersive language training in Arabic, Persian, or Turkish. Students will gain both the visual literacy to analyze artistic traditions and the linguistic skills to engage directly with primary sources and regional scholarship.
