Course Overview This course explores the cutting-edge science of how cells interact with their engineered microenvironments, focusing on directing stem cell behavior and differentiation. It adopts a highly interdisciplinary approach, merging advanced cell biology with bioengineering principles to address fundamental and translational research questions. Students will gain expertise in manipulating cellular environments to control signaling, adhesion, and function for both basic science and clinical applications.
